MOODIFY – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged
- Wrong product or only if incorrect size was delivered by us
- Product has a printing defect or manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team with your Order ID
- Share the reason for return along with clear images/videos
- Follow the return instructions shared by our team
Approved products must be shipped/returned within 3 days after approval.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for:
- Wrong size received
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect item delivered
Exchange Terms
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- If the requested product or size is unavailable, customers may choose:
- Store credit, or
- Refund
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.
Refund Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or store credit
Processing Time
Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may or may not be covered by Moodify depending on the issue
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
- Customers may use the return/exchange process after delivery if eligible
