MOODIFY – Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged
  • Wrong product or only if incorrect size was delivered by us
  • Product has a printing defect or manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID
  2. Share the reason for return along with clear images/videos
  3. Follow the return instructions shared by our team

Approved products must be shipped/returned within 3 days after approval.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong size received
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect item delivered

Exchange Terms

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • If the requested product or size is unavailable, customers may choose:
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer or store credit

Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


5. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may or may not be covered by Moodify depending on the issue
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
  • Customers may use the return/exchange process after delivery if eligible
